Tiny Tomato Wraps

We had so many tomatoes in our garden, so I threw them in the food processor with a little ground flax and chia seeds and poured little circles on the dehydrator sheet and let them go about eight hours, until they were done, but still pliable, not crunchy. They made great little “wraps” with some veggies and a macadamia “cheeze” sauce. Yum!
