What does the coaching process entail?
During our initial session, I will gather information about your history, current lifestyle, and general health goals. We will spend some time formulating a realistic vision of your best self and how you can take manageable steps towards this vision.
In our follow up sessions, we will explore your coaching focus, whatever you choose it to be, creating a purposeful path towards your health and wellness or lifestyle goals. My approach is one of relaxed accountability. I am not here to offer all the answers, but, rather, to ask questions that prompt awareness within yourself. I am here to create a comfortable environment for you to explore your challenges, while gently reminding you of your intentions and helping you stay focused on your goals.
After our initial consultation, if you think working with me is something you would like to do, we can discuss how often, and for how long might be most beneficial. My aim is to offer you a relaxed setting in which to explore your health and wellness aspirations and find new awareness. I can work with you in person, over the phone or via the Internet.
Initial consultations are 45 to 90 minutes, and follow-ups are 45 to 60 minutes.
Vegan Lifestyle Coaching
As a long-term vegan, raw food enthusiast, and animal advocate, I specialize in helping to facilitate awareness and compassionate choices for those interested in transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle. This can include discussion of dietary philosophy, nutritional support, grocery store tour, pantry “audit,” and general support for including more vegan, or raw food, into your routine.
My base rate is $50/session, but I can tailor a support system to fit your budget.
